Does staging really help! Yes, surveys and studies have been done and the results are telling:

  • 47% of buyers’ brokers note the effect staging had on buyers’ views of the home.
  • 82% of buyers believe staged homes are easier to visualize as their future home.
  • Staged properties sold 9 days faster in a 2021 study
  • 23% of agents said that home staging raised the price between 1-5% compared to homes that hadn’t been staged.

I encourage my sellers to invest in staging. In my experience, it is well worth the return on investment.
