Selling with Eileen

Marketing your property effectively can bring in buyers from throughout the Puget Sound area – and beyond! Our area is unique and has wide appeal, so the wider we can make the buyer pool for your property, the more competition and the higher your net proceeds. Although each home is different and requires a custom approach, below is an overview of what you can expect:

Professional Photography

The most effective way buyers get interested in seeing a home in-person is by attracting them with high-end, impactful photography that they will see when they first come across the listing online. I hire a professional photographer who showcases all the best features of your home, both inside and out. When warranted, I also utilize drone photography and videography.

Print Marketing

Buyers love to see print marketing and have something to take home with them to remember your property. I will create house flyers, special feature cards that highlight your home’s best features, a home book with plenty of information about your home and your area, and just listed cards and letters that alert the local neighbors that your home is on the market.

Online Marketing | Listing Syndication

Today’s buyer is likely to begin their home search on the internet (in fact, 95% of buyers use the internet in their home search) even when working with an agent. Between Compass’ website and the MLS there are dozens, if not hundreds, of websites your listing will be included on – even internationally! REALTOR.com, Zillow, and Redfin are some of the sites you may have heard of, but there are plenty more that will allow buyers to find your special property.

Online Marketing | Social Media

The power of social media cannot be overstated. I utilize photography to create social media videos that get the attention of buyers far and wide.

Open Houses

Even before buyers have fully committed to buy, they are at ease going to open houses and exploring. It isn’t unusual for a maybe buyer to turn into a ready buyer just from visiting an open house. If your home warrants an open house, I pull out all the stops, invite the neighbors, and advertise it. When potential buyers come in, my goal is to wow them with all the great information I have put together about your home and the neighborhood so they are excited and confident about moving forward.
