Skyline

Skyline

Hidden gem on Fidalgo Island. West side community of homes and businesses.

Welcome to Skyline

Skyline is such a special place! I think of it as a hidden gem on Fidalgo Island. It was envisioned in 1960 as a west side community of homes and businesses – a far cry from the saw mill it was originally. Harry Davidson, an Everett developer, saw the Skyline project to completion and it opened to the public as a master plan community including hillside, waterfront, wooded homes as well as recreational areas, marina, a clubhouse, and more! The water views from many of the homesites are unparalleled.

Today, the facilities also include tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, Clubhouse, Cabana, conference room, parks, RV spaces, a number of clubs, recreation activities including Bunco, yoga, walking groups, strength training and more. Don’t forget the marina with slips for boats up to 70’ and the Skyline Marine Center, ready to fuel up for a long day on the water – or book a whale watching cruise or a kayak!

Condos and single family residences are available in Skyline.

I am an active member of the Skyline community and would be happy to tell you more about this very special place!

In the friendly area of Skyline you’ll be in good company with around 876 residents with around 81% of those homeowners. With an average age of 55, the residents of Skyline are fairly quiet and laid back, with many of them just about reaching retirement, or already retired. Many have downsized and picked Skyline as their new home thanks to its peaceful and quiet environment. Over the recent months roughly 11 homes have been sold with an average sold price of $565,500. That is a decrease of $160,495 from the previous period.
